Explores photography as a means for creative expression and personal wellness. This course blends the art of photography with mindfulness practices to promote well-being. Through a series of immersive experiences, students will engage in contemplative photography sessions and walking meditation practice designed to cultivate awareness of the interrelatedness of creativity with the balance of mind, body, and soul.
