Practicum III emphazizes applied leadership and policy creation through planning, implementation and stakeholder engagement, allowing students to polit initiatives and gather feedback from communities and institutions. In this course, students will begin to draft the third chapter of their PLIP. The third chapter is where theory meets practice for true praxis. The third chapter contains: a detailed policy implementation plan, any preliminary results (if applicable), a detailed discussion of capacity building (e.g. showing how you and your organization prepare others to carry out the policy) and show it might be scaled up, a policy plan review and assessment procedures, as well as budgetary considerations and funding courses.
