Post-Baccalaureate Certificate

Leadership, Education, and Research in AI

The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate (P.B.C.) in Leadership, Education, and Research in AI empowers educators, instructional designers, and academic leaders to navigate and shape the future of learning in an AI-driven world. This four-course program explores the foundational concepts, instructional applications, ethical considerations, and leadership strategies necessary for responsible and innovative AI integration in educational settings. Participants will build fluency in key technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, while gaining hands-on experience with tools that improve professional productivity, personalize instructional delivery, enhance assessment processes, and support data-informed decision-making.

Designed with both practitioners and decision-makers in mind, the program promotes inclusive, ethical, and learner-centered design. Through real-world case studies, collaborative exploration, and applied research, participants will examine how AI can be used to close learning gaps, improve equity, and increase instructional efficiency. Graduates of the program will be prepared to lead AI integration efforts within their schools, districts, or institutions, while serving as advocates for equitable, forward-thinking practices in the education field.
