Professional ethics is the foundation to building best practices as an acupuncture and herbal medicine practitioner. Students are introduced to the ethical and regulatory issues relevant to professional clinical practice. Through discussions, reflective writing assignments, and case studies, students explore concepts of professionalism, scope of practice, boundaries, and confidentiality. [1.5 credits]
