Epidemiology and symptomatology of psychosocial conditions and impact on emotional and physical health status, as well as on occupational engagement, skill and habit development and performance are included. Discussion of disease process and management is a focus. Review of pharmacology and side effects associated with medical invervention occurs. Activity analysis determines the impact of symptomatology and medication side-effects on occupations. Methods of modification, and approaches to prevention and wellness are a key lerning component.
