This course is the second half of practicum experience. Students continue to work at an off-campus site delivering nutrition-related services to support health promotion, education, and other nutritional services to a group. Students apply all of their learning to become a healing presence in the community. Students evaluate their program and participant outcomes and detail their findings in a comprehensive report and reflection paper. Students will build their confidence and proficiency in order to practice nutrition and integrative health effectively and competently in the community. Prerequisites: IHED-623 and NUTR-691C.
