AOM-719A2: Women`s Health in Oriental Med

This course deepens students` understanding of women`s health and wellness from an allopathic and Chinese medical perspective. Topics may include the menstrual cycle, sexuality, reproduction, menopause and disorders of the reproductive system. The focus of this course will be on the clinical application of treatment strategies, and will include students presenting and being mentored in the treatment of their own patients in the Natural Care Center student clinic. Prerequisite: ISCI-758B. [3 credits]
