This course is the second half of the research experience that culminates in the delivery of a written research paper and a webinar presentation. The student continues to work on their applied research project on a nutrition topic in the areas of health promotion, education or other nutritional services as it relates to a community health problem or public policy issue. Through the Capstone Project, students will integrate and apply all of their learning to successfully complete the Capstone Project. Prerequisite: NUTR-392C. [1.5 credits]
