This course introduces learners to the core principles and practices of the nursing profession. With an emphasis on compassionate, professional, and ethical behaviors, the key aspects of healthcare quality, safety, and clinical decision-making will be explored. Learners will strengthen their clinical judgment skills, integrate emerging healthcare techologies and informatics in patient care, and develop essential interdisciplinary communication skills. This course offers strategies and resources for the self-care, leadership, and professional development of nurses that are essential to the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
