This course provides an overview of patient-centered service, negotiation strategies, and strategic communication essential to nursing leadership. Students examine the principles and processes that shape service quality, interprofessional collaboration, and organizational effectiveness within helthcare settings. Foundational concepts in healthcare marketing are introduced, with attention to how communication and marketing strategies suppot nursing initiatives and the broader organizational stategic plan. Learning activities include case analyses, role-play, and team-based assignments designed to strengthen leadership competencies and practical application. Prerequisite: NUR-522. [ 3 credits ]
