This course explores key physiological processes involved in movement away from organ system and whole body health. Students will explore common pathological processes and select diseases relevant to the major organ systems. The role of behavioral and environmental inputs such as xenobiotics, microorganisms, movement, sleep patterns, and allostatic load will also be covered. [ 3 credits ]
