NUTR-699E: Independent Study

Students may undertake a research or clinic-oriented project for academic credit. These projects are to be completed by the students working on an independent basis with guidance from a faculty advisor. Students must write a proposal and secure approval from the program director and the faculty advisor they wish to work with. [3.5 credits]
